In keeping with our commitment to provide excellent patient care we are excited to introduce a New and User Friendly online service, ePetRecords. We have teamed with ePetRecords to offer you online access to your pet’s medical information. This service allows you to view or print the necessary information needed when in an emergency, traveling, boarding, or taking classes.

Here are a few additional benefits:

My Clinic - Contact Pet Vet via ePetRecords, anytime- even after hours, for appointment request, medication refill request, boarding reservation request, or to ask a general question. We will be notified of your request and will respond within the next 24 hours.
 

Alerts - Allows you to better manage your pet’s important medication doses by setting up email alerts. These alerts will signal it is time for your pet’s next dose and how many are remaining.
 

Updater - Update any contact information as well as your pet’s birthday and we will be notified immediately of these changes.
Reminders - An email reminder will be sent to you 30 days prior to any upcoming vaccines and/or examinations due dates. Your pet’s health and care is important to us, which is why we want your pet to stay current with examinations and preventative care.

How Do I Get Started?
An ePetRecords serial number will be assigned to each of your pets, allowing you to access the above features. You will also be provided with a wallet card containing your pet’s serial number and first time login instructions. After receiving your serial number you can visit ePetRecords.com and set-up your profile.

How Can I Get A Wallet Card?
It’s easy.  Call, email or stop by.  OR, if you have an upcoming appointment we will assign a card to your pet while you are here.  If you do not have an upcoming appointment we can provide you with a serial number over the phone and keep your card on file until your next visit.  847-669-6635 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
